All Seward Reads Together is a community-wide reading program that encourages residents of Seward and the surrounding areas to read and discuss the same book at the same time. The library offers programs related to the book as well as group discussions. The All Seward Reads Together title for the current year is announced each April during National Library Week.
2009 ASRT Programs:
April 14, 7:00 p.m. - "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" program featuring local baseball players and historians Gene Faszholz, Larry Grothaus, Al Sheehan and Tony Vrana.
Sept. 16, 6:00 p.m. - Group discussion of Playing With the Enemy with pizza.
Sept. 16, 7:00 p.m. - Presentation about POW camps in Nebraska.
Oct. 27, 7:00 p.m. - Presentation by the author, Gary W. Moore!
