Library cards are free to all citizens residing within the city limits of Seward, Nebraska and to all non-residents who own property within the city limits. Courtesy cards are available to patrons 65 and over.

Citizens living outside of the Seward city limits may purchase a library membership for $25.00 per year or $15.00 for six months. The card is valid from the date of payment.
